How do I use a column of a table inside a section?

I wanted to do a validation expression where I sum a column of a table that is part of a multi-instance section from above that section.  I tried a few expressions:

Property_Total=Product_Section.Transaction.SumOf("Owner_Value")
Results in:


Property_Total=Product_Section(Transaction.SumOf("Owner_Value"))
Results in:


Property_Total=SumFieldInstance("Product_Section\Transaction\Owner_Value")
Results in:

I think I know what is going on here, but can you also include a screenshot of the hierarchy of your model? That will be key in determining what expression syntax will work, and I want to make sure I understand the overall structure. If you need to email it to me instead of posting it here, please do not hesitate to do so. Also, what version of Grooper are you using?
