Why is the Can Complete Button Disabled When Using Folder Scope for Classification Review?

In a batch process I have classification review set to folder scope at folder level one
The classification level is set to Doc Scope
So I process a batch into classification review
Grooper will open the first document it is classified correctly but no matter what is done the Complete Task button will not enable so I can go to the next task
Even using F9 to try to complete the task nothing happens
It is like Grooper thinks that the folder is not classified or not classified correctly

The only time you would want to scope Classification Review to a folder level instead of batch level is when the batch contains multiple levels of folders. In your scenario, you've scoped this activity to Folder Level 1. Do you have Folders at Level 2 in this batch? If not, this is working as designed.Matt Harrison
