I'm having an issue with getting my batch to complete classification review. The Complete Task tab is grayed out. I can view the batch an all documents are there but i can't complete the review. Any ideas on what I'm doing wrong?

[Deleted User] Posts: 0 adminIt looks like your documents aren't actually classified. You can tell because they have the default "Document (#)" naming scheme.
To classify a document is to assign it a Grooper Document Type from your Content Model. That is, you're telling Grooper that this specific group of pages (your "Document (1)", etc.) is Content Type X, and thus uses the fields relative to Content Type X.
You can classify a document in a number of ways, such as the Classification activity, using a Separation Profile, or simply right-clicking on a document and selecting Assign Document Type....
Note: Using Assign Document Type... does not perform a true "classification" of a document. The end result is the same, but it is a means of manually assigning a document type to a batch folder and is recommended only for testing.
Here is an example of a batch with classified documents. Notice how each document has a corresponding Document Type in the Content Model.5
