Upgrading Minor Versions

Trying to upgrade demo environment from 2.7.12 to 2.7.13. When running the installer, it says I have a later version already installed. Anyone else run into this issue?

    This was broken but has been fixed, in the current version you are able to install Minor Version without Un-Installing and Re-Installing.
