I need to upgrade from version 2.70.0018 to 2.70.0019. Do I need to stop and uninstall services to upgrade? Uninstall my current version of Grooper?

    No you should be able to stop  your services go to the install of 2.70, and run it.

    @Jeff You're probably safe for future minor incremental version upgrades. Only when performing major version upgrades (like 2.60 to 2.70) should you have to completely uninstall them before upgrading.
