Resizing dimensions of oversized images

We have a client that periodically delivers us 8.5"x14" images at 300 DPI. Occasionally, a cluster of images will have huge dimensions, like 47.22" x 77.78" (14166px x 23333 px) but still be at 300 DPI. We usually return these to the client to be fixed on their end, but I would like to be able to handle this automatically using Grooper.
I created an Resize IP Profile that would adjust the image to a Custom Size of 8.5x14, which reduces keeps the large size of the page but reduces the pixel count to a more reasonable 2550px x 4200 px, and reduces the DPI to 54. This allows me to run the documents through OCR, which will not accept images over 12K pixels high.
The OCR is still working on a 78" tall image, however, and all the small fonts on the page are listed as 40pt. Is there a way to adjust the size of the page in inches as well as the pixels? None of the other sizing methods in this Resize command seem to affect this property of the image.
