When using the "Move" functionality during File System Import, is it possible to Move the Subfolder?

We have a partner that has set up an Import Watcher service and as part of this import, they need to move the original files to another directory after import. They would like to move the subfolder along with the images... In my initial test, it looks like the move functionality only moves the images and leaves the subfolder. Is moving the subfolder possible?

    Are they importing the documents into Grooper preforming something like image review, then exporting them? Or are they just wanting to move documents from one file system to a different file system with out doing anything in Grooper?

    They are importing a folder of tifs into Groooper, performing extraction, etc. then exporting these tifs as pdf's into another directory.
