Using Azure OCR in 2.8

I'm having an issue when trying to OCR a document with Azure. The OCR profile was built in 2.72 and worked but when testing in 2.8 I get an error. Has something changed on how to set this up in 2.8?

    Have you tried recreating the OCR profile with the settings the same?

    Yes, I built a new one in a different repository and get the same error
