Segment Reprocessing OCR Fail Safe?

If I were to set the Segment Reprocessing Threshold of an OCR Profile to something absurd like 100%, is there a check in place to prevent it from possibly processing forever to attain an impossible number like that?

You may be slightly misinterpreting how that feature works. After an initial OCR pass is made, each segment will be analyzed to obtain the average character confidence within the segment. Any segment with an average below your specified threshold will be reprocessed. This only happens once for each segment. It won't continue to retry the segments multiple times in an attempt to exceed your threshold. Therefore, in a worst case scenario, every segment will be reprocessed once. There should be no possibility of it getting stuck in an infinite processing loop.Matt Harrison
