OCR License Management Across Multiple Workstations

If there are multiple clients starting batches that have OCR, what happens if one batch is using all the OCR licenses? Will other batches know this and wait on the other batch or will they error out?

    The other batches will remain at a Ready status until one or more OCR thread become available.

    For example, if your license dictates that you have 8 concurrent OCR licenses, and you have a server and 3 workstations with an OCR service (4 machines) each service should only have 2 threads assigned to them.
    It's also noteworthy that if you have services and threads that consume all of your OCR licenses, you cannot perform manual OCR tasks in Administration.
