We can't able to read some barcode type values

Hi,

We can not able to read some code39 barcode type values from the documents, even after the document enhancements the barcode is not detecting.

    some code 39 barcodes have start stop imbedded in them. The read barcode settings has a checkbox to require start stop or disable the requirement.

    We added those barcode settings already and also applied some enhancements,but some barocdes are still not identified. Can you please provide a solution for this.

    I would recommend you call in to the Grooper support team and send some sample documents over to them for testing. Barcode detection, as with many other things, will never be 100% perfect. But, if the document quality is decent and the configuration is appropriate for the documents, it should do quite well. So maybe those guys can help you find some settings that work better for your documents.
