Unexpected colorspace pattern error while recognize

Hi Everyone,
We are using pdf files for input source. While processing recognize Transim-4 ocr engine to the pages, we are getting "Unexpected colorspace Pattern" error and we are scanning color images.
Please help and refer below screenshot for error message.

    I would recommend contacting Grooper support directly on this issue. We will likely need to obtain a copy of the specific file encountering this issue.
