Not converting Excel to CSV

Hi Everyone,
We are using 2.90 version. We are trying to convert the Excel to csv but the excel documents are not converting.
Please find the below screenshots for configurations.

    Mounika - Have you tried running the execute activity with a scope of "Folder?"  The particular command you're using - excel to CSV - might want to run on individual folders, not on the batch itself.
