Rubber Band OCR ghosted out in Data Review

In Data Review when trying to use Rubber band OCR its ghosted out.  I have licensing available.  quanity 2 remaining 2

    What happens if you go to the Extract Text view on that dropdown? Is there text on this document?

    Yes.  I can hilite the Invoice Number from there and it will populate

    However once it is populated, I cannot edit the information

    Are you actually focused in the field before you hit the right-click context menu? On my Grooper 2.60.0093 instance, that is the behavior I get until I am actually clicked into the field and can see the blinking cursor. If that is not your issue, we can dig deeper. What version are you running?

    I am running version 2.60.0083.  I just checked and made sure I was focused in the field and it was still not enable.  However after using the extract text field all my Invalid fields became valid.  I will reset the process and see what happens in data review when I have no extractions. I want to say previously I was focused but can be 100 percent sure.
