Why is PDF Text Extract Missing Words in Forms?

When I run PDF Extract on this document with form fillable fields, it does not find the values in the forms.

    In the properties for PDF Text Extract, did you set the Extract Form Fields property to True?

    That works, thanks.
    I haven't noticed that option before, and I have dealt with some form heavy PDFs before. Is this new?

    It's been there for as long as I can remember, at least.  It's easy to miss when you're going through the motions, though.
