Attachment Rule property 'Host Content Types' not working when selecting a Content Category

If a Content Category is selected for a Host Content Type, the child document types are not respected as host content types. The user must select all document types individually in the Content Category for the attachment rule to apply to all the document types.

After talking to Brad, Scott and I realized attachment rules are working as intended. To handle above case there is a pagination method on a Document Type.

I would also agree that this is working as intended. While VERY few people actually Assign a Content Category as the content type for a document, it can be done.
