Barcode Value Field in Separation Profile Creation

Can you use a regular expression on the "Barcode Value" field when creating a separation profile? We are using Datamatrix barcodes on all of our mail documents and I am needing to separate off of every page 1 barcoded document. Our barcode will have a page number, page count, internal file number, and internal doc sequence in it. For example, 0103123456700 is what our barcode format would be. In the "Barcode Value" field, if I hardcoded '0103123456700' in that field, then the separator would work as intended on that group of images. However, if there was a way to change that to the regular expression of '01\d{9}', we would be able to separate everything exactly as we are needing. Is this possible?
