Hi,
We upgraded 2.80 to 2.90 but while upgrading database we are getting below error.

I'm very sorry you are experiencing this issue. I have reproduced this error on our side and am entering this in as a bug ticket. I will reach back out to you once we have a fix deployed.
Our current expectation is to have a fix deployed by Wednesday of next week at the latest. This issue was caused by a data field using read or find barcode. If you temporarily unconfigure these fields, you might be able to upgrade.
