Converting Email with attachments into folder with PDFs

I am trying to convert Email with attachments into a folder with PDFs.
For now, I am able to convert .msg to eml file and extract the attachments as pdfs. How can I convert this eml file as folder with pdfs (attachment) so I can export them all to AX?
The reason I want to export them as pdf is: AX takes .eml file, but it shows it as foreign file which require end user to download it. That will cause a lots of trouble.
