Reprocess Batch Command

Grooper version 2.60.0104 and 2.60.0103
Is there a way to make the Reprocess Batch command go back and OCR the images as well? Sometimes a batch will have a large number of images that need to be rotated. If the user rotates the images, then runs Reprocess Batch, the images would not have any OCR data attached to them, therefore the Reprocess Batch command would be ineffective. However, if it included Full Text OCR or PDF Text Extract, then a user would be able to Reprocess the batch with much better classification than a batch full of loose pages. If there is a reason why this cannot be done, please let me know. Thank you.

GrooperGuru Posts: 481 adminThat's a really great suggestion. In Grooper 2.7, there has been a major rewrite/enhancement to the Batch Viewer control that will allow users in Attended Client to run activities as needed on pages or folders within a batch. This will even allow multi-document selection, which is something we previously did not support. This will extend beyond OCR, but will certainly address your immediate need.Matt Harrison
