Support Request Procedures
Hours of Operation
The Service Department hours of operation are 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. CST Monday – Friday. After hours phone calls and email will be collected and responded to at the earliest available opportunity. NOTE: If your issue is a production outage, please call. We will have a support technician available after hours for production outages only.

Grooper version (You can find the version in Grooper Administration by going to Help > About in the menu bar. The version will be at the bottom left of the popup window.)

To initiate a service request via phone, please call 888-408-5668. A support technician will guide you through creating a service to assist you further.
Client Portal
If you are an authorized user, you can log into the Client Portal to manage and track your tickets. To request access, contact the BIS service department.
