How do I Render Documents with "unknown file type"?

I'm trying to do a project where I need to extract and translate data from a bunch of .json files. I have imported them into a batch, but when I try to render the documents I get an error "unknown file type". Any ideas?

All you need to do is create a lexicon with the following replacement entry: .json=.txt
Then, select this lexicon as your Extension Mapping Lexicon when configuring the Render Activity.
